Refund Policy for Safety24 Training:

We strive to provide the best quality training and services to our customers. If for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your training, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds:

  1. If you have purchased a training program, you can request a refund until 1 day before the training starts.
  2. For online training, you can request a refund until the training start.
  3. If you have not passed the training, you are not eligible for a refund. However, we provide you with the opportunity to retake the training free of charge.

Rescheduling:

Safety24 Refund Policy for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their PPE purchases from us. In accordance with Canadian laws and regulations, we offer a 30-day refund policy on all PPE items purchased through our website or in-store.

To be eligible for a refund, the PPE item(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. The customer must provide proof of purchase and request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If the PPE item(s) are found to be defective or not as described, we will provide a full refund, including any shipping charges. If the item(s) are being returned due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

We do not offer refunds for PPE items that have been used or damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) have been tampered with or altered in any way.

To initiate a refund request, customers can contact us by email or phone. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of the returned item(s).
